Okay so our fridge decided to quit on a Sunday night, of course, with a full week of groceries inside. I was fully expecting to lose everything. Called Top Home Appliance Repair first thing Monday and the lady named Flora on the phone was so nice, got me a same-day slot. Tech was a young guy, super polite, took his shoes off without me asking lol. Turned out to be the compressor start relay, which he explained in a way I actually understood. Called Top Home Appliance Repair for a washer that stopped draining mid-cycle. They had a tech out the next morning, and he showed up right at the start of the window. He diagnosed a clogged drain pump within a few minutes, had the part on the truck, and was done in under an hour.
